The owner of the online store www.elbest.ee (hereinafter referred to as “online store”) is Elbest Kaubandus OÜ (registry code 10412264), located at Männiku tee 104/1, Tallinn, Estonia.
Validity of sales agreement, product and price information
These sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the online store.
All prices in the online store are displayed in euros and exclude VAT. Prices are valid within the territory of Estonia and Latvia. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the product and depend on the customer’s location, size and weight of the goods, and the chosen delivery method.

Placing an order
Orders can be placed via phone or directly on the online store www.elbest.ee.
For new customers and for orders exceeding 3000 euros, a prepayment is required.
Delivery times and methods
Under normal conditions, the delivery time is 1-2 business days for the items available in Tallinn warehouse. For the items not directly available from warehouse, the estimated delivery time is displayed next to item price.
Ordered goods can be collected from Elbest Kaubandus OÜ's warehouse at Männiku tee 104/1, Tallinn, Estonia.
Delivery can be arranged with a courier company at the customer's request and cost (as per the courier's price list).
Order returns and refund
Private customers have a 14-day return right in accordance with the EU laws. The product's sales package must not be damaged.
For the business customers, automatic return rights do not apply. Returning and cancelling the order is possible only by the mutual agreemet of the seller and the business customer. As a standard, 80% of the sales price will be refunded for unused, undamaged products. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Defects or damage during transport must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Custom-made products are non-refundable.
Product warranty period
All products sold in Elbest online store have a manufacturer’s warranty, covering material and technological defects. Damage due to incorrect use is not covered.
Price changes
Elbest Kaubandus OÜ reserves the right to change prices due to manufacturer price changes or to make technical updates and improvements to products.
Ownership rights
Ownership of the goods remains with Elbest Kaubandus OÜ until full payment for the goods has been received by the seller.
Direct marketing and data processing
Personal data provided by the customer is used only to process orders and deliver goods.
Data necessary for delivery is shared with the shipping company.
Promotional emails are only sent if the customer explicitly consents (e.g., by subscribing on the website).
The customer can unsubscribe at any time via the email instructions or by contacting us.
Dispute resolution
All claims should be submitted via email to info@elbest.ee.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, private customers may contact the Estonian or Latvian consumer disputes committee, which handles disputes arising from contracts between consumers and online stores.

All personal information submitted during order placement is confidential and used only for fulfilling the order and related communication. Email is used solely for confirmations and necessary updates.
